We are pleased to announce that Exercise classes are running again on Mondays,Tuesdays and Fridays in International Hall. There is now a small charge for these classes.
There are 2 different groups: gentle seated exercises or more challenging standing exercises. Seated exercise is usually suitable for those who find other forms of exercise difficult due to disability, injury or illness.
On Monday there are 2 groups, standing exercise at 10am, seated exercise at 11am.
On Tuesday one group meets at 10.30am for standing exercise.
